Lacoste at the Australian Open

Famous clothing brand Lacoste has been responsible for kitting out a number of stars appearing at the Australian Open. Now in the third year of a five year deal with the Australian Open Lacoste are responsible for providing clothing for event staff such as Ball
Boys and off court administration staff. In addition to this players such as Andy Roddick will be sporting the famous crocodile brand during all his Open matches. Roddick was recently used to launch the companies new fragrance Lacoste Challenge in Melbourne before the tournament started.

Roddick is not the only tennis star wearing the brand, Australian female player Sam Stosur is going to appear in a brand new specially designed Lacoste outfit.

Top fashion brand Lacoste have redesigned their catwalk fashion shows, braking out a new ‘unconventional chic’ campaign. This replaces the “Un Peu d’air sur Terre” campaign which had run for the last 10 seasons. A spokesperson for the Paris based company said “We are going through a very strong move in fashion. We have translated this into our ad campaign, Lacoste is asserting its modernity.”

Lacoste currently have a great selection of shirts and Polo’s in the new year sale including the Lacoste Button Down Shirts and Lacoste Classic Polo Shirts’s available in orange, green and rust the polo’s are a classic fitting design with the iconic crocodile branding stitched onto the left chest. The Lacoste logo is one of the most noticeable, iconic designs in fashion.
